Manuel Eduardo González (born 1988) is a Venezuelan interdisciplinary artist based in Caracas. His work primarily explores historical memory, archives, and the Venezuela lanscape, often connecting past events with contemporary social-political realities.
He has received awards such as the First Prize at the Salón Jóvenes con FIA (2013), the Goethe-Institut Award (2019) —which included a research stay in Berlin— and the Young Artist Award from the International Association of Art Critics (AICA) in 2023. His work is part of institutional and private collections, including Banco Mercantil (Venezuela) and Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (Madrid).
